# Flow Integration

### Overview

WishlistSuite integrates with Shopify Flow to automate workflows based on wishlist events. You can use WishlistSuite triggers with Shopify Flow actions to automate tasks such as:

* Adding product tags
* Triggering internal workflows
* Syncing data with other apps
* Sending notifications
* Creating custom automations with Shopify Flow-compatible apps

This guide demonstrates how to create a workflow that adds a tag to a product when it is added to a customer's wishlist.

Although, you can setup a variety of workflows using the Flow app.

### Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that:

* WishlistSuite is installed on your Shopify store.
* Shopify Flow is installed.
* You have permission to create Shopify Flow workflows.

### Step 1: Connect WishlistSuite

1. Open **WishlistSuite**.
2. Navigate to **Integrations**.
3. Locate the **Shopify Flow** integration card
4. Click **Connect**.
5. Click **Open Flow** to complete the integration (As depicted in the image)

> **Note:** If Shopify Flow is not installed, you'll be prompted to install it before continuing.

### Step 2: Create a Workflow

1. Open **Shopify Flow**.
2. Click **Create Workflow**.

### Step 3: Add a Trigger

1. Click **Select a Trigger**.
2. Search for **WishlistSuite**.
3. Select **Item Added to Wishlist**.

This trigger starts the workflow whenever a customer adds a product to their wishlist.

### Step 4: Add an Action

1. Click **+**.
2. Select **Action**.
3. Under **Compatible Apps**, choose **Shopify**.
4. Select **Add Product Tags**.

### Step 5: Configure the Action

1. Verify that the **Product ID** field is populated automatically.
2. Enter the product tag to apply.

> **Note:** The Product ID is automatically passed from the WishlistSuite trigger.

### Step 6: Activate the Workflow

Click **Turn On** to activate the workflow.

### Step 7: Test the Workflow

1. Add a product to a wishlist on your storefront.
2. Verify that the configured tag has been added to the product in Shopify.

> For **Price Drop** and **Low Inventory** reminders, you can configure the threshold value from the respective reminder cards in the app.
>
> Open the **WishlistSuite** app, navigate to **Dashboard → Reminders**, select either the **Price Drop Reminder** or **Low Inventory Reminder** card, set your desired threshold value, and click **Save**.
